What this service covers
Thin, weedy, bumpy lawns rarely need starting over. Our lawn restoration service diagnoses first — compaction, thatch, drainage, shade, mower scalping — then treats the cause: scarifying, hollow-tine or spike aeration, oversowing with suitable seed, and topdressing to smooth and feed.
Restoration is seasonal work, best in autumn and spring in Canterbury conditions. We set expectations honestly: most lawns turn around in one to two growing seasons with the mowing and watering to back it up.

We turn up when agreed, work through the section methodically, and take green waste away at the end of the visit. Rounds run Monday to Saturday, 9am to 5pm, across Christchurch and the wider Canterbury region, and many clients roll a first visit straight onto a weekly, fortnightly or monthly round.
